Can matters of dispute between landlord and tenant be handled by court?

 If either the landlord or tenant believes the other has violated the terms of

 the lease agreement, they may file a lawsuit to seek remedies. This could 

involve issues such as non-payment of rent, unauthorized alterations to the property, or other lease violations.

Property Damage or Negligence

Disputes related to property damage, negligence, or habitability issues may

 lead to legal action. For example, if a tenant believes the landlord is not 

addressing necessary repairs, they may take legal steps to enforce their rights.

Disputes over the return of a security deposit may
